David Dressler resides in Kendallville, IN and has been employed with Max Platt Ford Lincoln since 2013 as Sales and Finance Consultant. David is also part owner of his three generation family farm, where they specialize in crops, hay, beef cattle, and goats. David serves not only as a member of YPN but stays very active in 4-H. He invites you to join YPN and become part of the newest county wide organization to invest in the young professionals of today and tomorrow.

I have been blessed to be a part of the Noble County YPN from the beginning. It has grown into much more than I ever imagined. A little bit about me, I am a mother of 6 wonderful children and enjoy spending time with them and my husband, Keith. I am currently the branch manager at the Kendallville location of 3 Rivers Federal Credit Union. I look forward to what we can do in Noble County.

Alisha joined Dekko Investment Services in Kendallville in 2013 as a Research Coordinator, following two years of working as a research analyst with Tower Bank & Trust Company in Fort Wayne. Alisha graduated in 2010 from Ball State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, and in 2011 she received a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Ball State University. In 2015, Alisha earned her CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst ®) charter which is a globally recognized mark of distinction in the financial services industry and demonstrates mastery of a broad range of practical portfolio management and advanced investment analysis skills. Alisha joined the Noble County Young Professional Network in February of 2016 and holds the position of Secretary.

Ryan started his career at the Y as a camp counselor and is now the Health and Wellness
Director for the Cole Center Family Y. He is an East Noble High School graduate who went
on to study Kinesiology at DePauw University. In addition to serving at the Y, he mentors
youth through coaching track and cross county for East Noble Middle School. He volunteers
with Big Brothers Big Sisters and was a founding member of the Noble County Young
Professionals network and currently serves on their board.
